This product contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients to suitable for women during the menopause. Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin C all contribute to the maintenance of normal bones which are particularly important to women especially after the menopause. Vitamin D, Zinc, Selenium, and Vitamin C all contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels .
