Description

Brewers Yeast is the common name for the fungus saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is a natural source of the B Vitamin, Thiamin.
 
Thiamin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the normal function of the heart.
 
This product is commonly taken by vegetarians and vegans and is registered with The Vegan Society.


Directions

As a supplement take 2 tablets 3 times a day with food, preferably with a little liquid.

Do no exceed the recommended intake.
Do not use as a subsititure for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
