Description

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy yielding-metabolism and for normal homocysteine metabolism. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. As it is found predominantly in animal foods, vegetarians and vegans often take a B12 supplement. This tablet is sublingual, meaning that it dissolves under the tongue for quick absorption.
